Late payments may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property:

Final approved deliverables will belong to the client after full payment.
Purav Digitals reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability:

Purav Digitals is not liable for:

Platform algorithm changes
Ad account bans/suspensions
Business losses due to market conditions
Third-party service interruptions

We do not guarantee specific revenue or ranking results unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.

3. Refund Policy

At Purav Digitals, we maintain a transparent refund structure:

Service-Based Projects:

Payments made for strategy, consultation, or completed work are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative costs.

Monthly Marketing Services:

Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the work cycle has started.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Custom Projects:

Refund eligibility will depend on the project stage and mutual agreement.
